Today’s Daily Tip: If something doesn’t work for you, that doesn’t mean you have failed.  It means that method wasn’t right for you – try something new.

Welcome to this week’s Link-Up! Have a real food meal plan or recipe to share? Our Monday Meal Plan link-up is now open to all real food posts and meal plans!

We do have a couple of guidelines for you to follow, if you would be so kind:

1. Please only link-up real food recipes on this page. If I find a recipe that is not real food (i.e. includes white flour, white sugar, sweetened condensed milk, etc.) it will be deleted! Rule of thumb: if it is processed, please don’t post it!

2. It is common courtesy to include a simple text link back to www.modernalternativekitchen.com. Those that don’t leave a link back on the original post will be deleted.

3. Visit the other links in this post and find some great recipes for your meal plan! Have fun, and maybe even discover some new recipes along the way!

Happy Monday! In the beginning of January we bought a quarter beef and a deer from my brother-in-law, so most of my recipes this week have beef or venison in them. I’m also being lazy with my veggies… eating the green beans I froze in the summer and salads. This is a great week to experiment with making your own salad dressings! I always have kombucha, water kefir, and beet kvass on hand for drinks. Recently, I made some Pumpkin Pie Kombucha and Lemonade Water Kefir. I’ve been drinking a lot of Red Raspberry Leaf Tea since I’m pregnant. This week is also my husband’s birthday! So, I’m making his favorite breakfast and desserts. As usual I make enough for supper to eat the same thing for lunch the next day.

  2. Good morning and thanks for hosting! This week I’ve shared a recipe for easy gluten free Asian style soup (in 15 minutes or less!).

I’d also like to invite everyone to come by my blog (Poor and Gluten Free) and enter to win a copy of a new Paleo cookbook, Primal Cuisine. All the recipes are gluten free and you don’t need to be on the Paleo diet to enjoy it :)

  4. Thanks for hosting, Beverly!

Today I shared “Gallbladder Cleanse – An Alternative to Surgery” While this may not be the most appetizing recipe, for those who have gallstones or just want to make sure there are no stones lurking – this really works!

I also shared “Cheese Fondue” which is family favorite and “Essential Oils Restore Hearing!” which really worked for me.

    Have a great week!
