1. Please only link-up real food recipes on this page. If I find a recipe that is not real food (i.e. includes white flour, white sugar, sweetened condensed milk, etc.) it will be deleted! Rule of thumb: if it is processed, please don’t post it!
2. It is common courtesy to include a simple text link back to www.modernalternativekitchen.com.
3. Visit the other links in this post and find some great recipes for your meal plan! Have fun, and maybe even discover some new recipes along the way!
