Breakfast: Soaked Oatmeal with seasonal toppings (40 topping ideas) and plenty of butter, Raw Milk

Dinner: Easy Baked Chicken, Pumpkin Risotto, salad and Milk Kefir

Tuesday, November 11

Breakfast: Bacon and Veggie Frittata, Raw Milk

Dinner: Mini Meat Loaves, Hasselback Potatoes, Steamed Veggies, Milk Kefir

Wednesday, November 12

Breakfast: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie with fried eggs

Dinner: Spaghetti Squash with Easy Pasta Sauce, Steamed Broccoli, Milk Kefir

Thursday, November 13

Breakfast: Coconut Flour Apple Pancakes, Fried Eggs, Raw Milk

Dinner: Pork Chops with Sauce, Steamed Swiss Chard,  Sweet Potato RoundsMilk Kefir

Friday, November 14

Breakfast: Fried Eggs with Salsa, Raw Milk

Lunch: Salmon SaladMilk Kefir

Dinner: Pizza Night! (Coconut Flour crust) , Salad, Steamed Local Veggies

Saturday, November 15

Breakfast: Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffins ( grain free), pastured Bacon, Raw Milk

Lunch: Chicken Bites, Veggies, Milk Kefir

Dinner: Leftovers, Coconut Crack

Sunday, November 16

Breakfast: Flourless Berry Breakfast Bars, Raw Milk

Dinner: Veggie Minestrone Soup , Guinness Bread, Milk Kefir

Quick Note:  I don’t cook pancakes, muffins etc… every morning 🙂 Make big batches, freeze them and thaw as needed for a quick breakfast or snack on the go.

  1. Guinness bread looks interesting. I don’t think I’d ever have extra Guiness to use up though. I’d have to buy it (and hide it) specifically for the recipe. 🙂


    • Millie-I have had that Guinness bread…and let me tell you…it is AMAZING. My husband and I *almost* ate the entire pan in one sitting 🙂


  2. Apple pancakes and Chicken Bites added to my meal plan. Coconut Crack balls look like something I want to try for Christmas treats and Berry Breakfast bars added to recipes to try!
