Dinner: Tilapia Taco Salads, Kombucha

Wednesday 9/5

Breakfast: Fried Eggs with Salsa, Sausage, Raw Milk

Dinner: Church Group Potluck-I am bringing a main dish, I think it will be a baked Ziti with Brown Rice pasta and grass-fed beef.

Thursday 8/30

Breakfast: Almond Flour Muffins, Fresh Fruit, Raw Milk

Dinner: Leftovers

Friday 9/7

Breakfast: 2-minute Raw Breakfast

Dinner: Making a gluten-free, dairy-free meal. Will post recipes on Facebook!

Saturday 9/8

Breakfast: Scrambles Eggs, Sourdough Toast, Bacon, Juice whatever leftover fruits we have from the week

Dinner: Date Night-We are going to a food truck dinner with friends!

Sunday 9/9

Breakfast: Chia Seed Smoothies

Dinner: Garlic-Parm Chicken Legs, Brussels Sprouts, Bacon Scalloped Potatoes

  4. What kind of sausage do you buy? All the sausage I seem to find is way overly processed with stuff that I don’t even know what it is. My hubby is so sad that I don’t buy sausage any more because of that. Thanks! (Oh and I just found your site not too long ago and I’m so glad I did!!!)

    • Hi Tabatha! I feel your pain! I am fortunate to have access to organic sausage with no added preservatives, nitrates, hormones, etc. at my local grocery store. I also (occasionally) purchase chicken sausage links from Trader Joe’s…they are organic, nitrate and preservative free…but my husband says they taste funny. :)
