What kind of sausage do you buy? All the sausage I seem to find is way overly processed with stuff that I don’t even know what it is. My hubby is so sad that I don’t buy sausage any more because of that. Thanks! (Oh and I just found your site not too long ago and I’m so glad I did!!!)
Hi Tabatha! I feel your pain! I am fortunate to have access to organic sausage with no added preservatives, nitrates, hormones, etc. at my local grocery store. I also (occasionally) purchase chicken sausage links from Trader Joe’s…they are organic, nitrate and preservative free…but my husband says they taste funny.
