I use daily dinner themes to help me with my meal planning. Each night of the week has a different theme, and I have a list of meals for each one. That way, when I sit down to plan meals for the week, all I have to do is pick one from each category, and Iâ€™m good to go. I change my themes seasonally or when I get bored. Right now Iâ€™m using these:
Monday: Soup or Main Dish Salad
Saturday: Meat or Fish
Breakfasts stay pretty much the same each week, so my brain doesnâ€™t have to work too hard on that either. If we donâ€™t have leftovers for lunch, I whip up some tuna salad, egg salad, or mac & cheese.
Breakfast: French Toast Frittata, Fresh Fruit, Raw Milk
