One of the regular features you will see here at MAK are Monday Meal Plans, where we show you what a week of real food looks like. When possible, I have linked to the specific recipes that I will be using. At the bottom of the post, you can link up your real food meal plan to share with others!
You will notice that I only plan breakfasts and dinners, and I rarely if ever plan lunches. I plan in advance to make enough dinner to have lunches for the next day, so we almost exclusively eat leftovers for lunch.
