Monday Meal Plan 7/16-7/22

Here is the meal plan for my family, which consists of my husband and I, as well as our three growing boys. Like Jill, I plan breakfast and dinner, while lunch is usually leftovers. If we have no leftovers, I typically whip up saucy lentils over rice, beans and rice or cheese, tuna salad, or crackers and fruit. With the heat of summer upon us, no cook options will hit the plates often! If you have a meal plan to share, please link-up at the bottom of this post to share!

Snacks this week will consist of Peanut Butter Balls & Everything But the Kitchen Sink Bites

I make a gallon of herbal iced tea for the week as well. This week it’s going to be Vanilla Mint Tea. We typically drink tea with dinner.
